This ancient book and timeless story of God at work in the lives of His people is a reminder to us that He is still at work.

Despite how it feels right now God’s providence is actively working toward good for His people and wholeness for His creation.

As we celebrate what God has done in our lives, we ought to recall the story of our salvation.

God is sovereign and He is working out all things that He sees the beginning from the end and He has made provision for His plan.

We can face any circumstance without wavering, because He is our joy, He brings gladness, He is the reason that we can rejoice in any circumstance. He is present and His presence is enough for joy!

God is at work behind the scenes to align the moving parts together. He is working to preserve the Jews through te promised Messiah. He is also preserving the nation of Israel both through the faithfulness of Esther and Mordecai, but also through the decisions of the enemy, Haman.

The greatest deliverance came when Jesus Christ, the God-man, came to bring deliverance by His death on Calvary.

Do all that you can do and then trust that God will do the work that only He can do.

Esther’s statement is not one of fate, but one that has come to understand that life is Christ in me.

What pieces of my story is God redeeming so that He can use them the way He intended all along?

As a believer in Christ, by faith, you are an “other worldly creature.” This earth is not your home.

The table awaiting us will make the banquets and celebrations of King Ahasuerus look like bag lunches! As a child of God, you have a seat at that table.

It takes courage to stand by faith. It takes courage and humility to lead with authority.

Be willing to pause for a moment and peel back the veil and take a glimpse of the greater King.

God is working out His purposes silently, invisibly, and imperceptibly. We must learn to trust His invisible hand.
